By using MintScan, you agree to these Terms of Service. We may update these terms — continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
MintScan is a personal collection management tool. You may only scan cards you own or have permission to catalogue. You must not use the service to misrepresent card conditions for fraudulent sales.
AI condition grades and market value estimates are for personal reference only. They are not professional grading opinions and should not be represented as such to buyers. Professional grading services (PSA, BGS, SGC) should be used for high-value cards or official documentation. We are not liable for any transaction disputes arising from AI-generated grades or valuations.
MintScan generates pre-filled eBay listing text as a convenience. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any eBay listings you create, compliance with eBay's policies, and any transactions that result. We have no affiliation with eBay.
You own all data about your collection. The MintScan application and branding belong to Orbyx. Card images, player names, and set information remain the property of their respective rights holders.
MintScan is provided "as is." We are not liable for losses arising from reliance on AI grades or valuations. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior month.
