We collect your email address and password when you create an account. When you scan cards, we receive the card photos you upload and store AI-generated data: card name, player name, year, set, condition grade, market value estimates, and eBay listing text. Card photos are processed but not permanently stored.
Your card data is used to build your personal collection vault and generate eBay listings. We use OpenAI's GPT-4 Vision API to analyze card photos — images are sent to OpenAI for processing per their privacy policy. We do not sell your collection data.
Card analysis uses OpenAI's API. eBay listing links use eBay's standard seller tools — we do not access your eBay account. Market valuations are AI estimates only and should not be relied on for insurance or financial purposes.
All collection data is stored securely in Supabase with row-level security — only you can access your vault. Card photos are compressed and transmitted for analysis but not retained on our servers beyond the processing request.
You can delete individual cards from your vault at any time. To delete your entire account, email privacy@orbyx.cc and we will process the request within 30 days.
